Elementary High School School Speech Language Pathologist - Surprise, AZ

• Active Arizona SLP license required to begin
• Previous experience working in schools, especially with elementary and high school populations, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, families, and educators
• Comfort with IEP development, progress tracking, and multidisciplinary teamwork
• Organizational skills for balancing caseload, documentation, and meeting deadlines
• Flexibility and creativity in adapting therapy to individual student needs

• Evaluate and assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student strengths and needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students across K-12, with an emphasis on functional outcomes
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success and monitor progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations as part of the educational team
• Maintain thorough records of evaluations, session notes, and progress reports
