- Develop, configure, test, and maintain solutions for the Complaints Pega application
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle
- Design, develop, code, and test technical solutions
- Write code to deliver features and improvements regularly
- Investigate and resolve technical problems and production issues through troubleshooting
- Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes to policies and procedures
- Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
- Follow the software development lifecycle
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
- 2 years of software development experience specific to Pega Development
- 1 year of experience delivering technology solutions in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle
- CSA Certification
- Basic understanding of one or more of:
Java, Go, SQL, Pega - Knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting applications and systems within production issues
- Ability to quickly understand applicable business acumen to provide appropriate Engineering solutions
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools

- CSSA Certification (preferred)
- Experience with REST integrations (preferred)
- US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in Pega Development and the software development lifecycle, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Proficient in delivering technology solutions and managing risks in accordance with compliance policies.
