SUMMARYThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all customer orders filled. The right candidate will operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, barcode scanner, and wrapper machine to build and send appropriate orders.
HOURS7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsibility for the organization and inventory accuracy for the warehouse.
- Pulling orders, palletizing, shrink wrapping, loading trucks.
- Filling in for delivery drivers occasionally.
- Unloading palletized and loose filters from inbound vendors and putting stock away.
- Fabrication of custom filters and filter pads; must be comfortable using a band saw.
- Using Camfil’s MRP system to adjust inventory and ship and receive.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Cross‑train in other positions within the facility based on business needs.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Two years of stable work history.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliability a must.
- Must be comfortable using a band saw.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for continuous periods throughout the day.
- Required to frequently handle product, and reach with both hands and arms repetitively throughout the shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
