Forklift Operator Join Our Team!
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, storing, loading, and unloading materials in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers.
- Move materials between storage, production, and shipping areas.
- Utilize pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Interpret work orders and prioritize tasks to meet operational demands.
- Assist with inventory management and material tracking.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
Required:
- Previous forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up).
- Experience with material handling in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience operating a cherry picker up to 20 feet.
- Experience handling long or oversized materials.
- Prior distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials, including pipe up to 20 feet in length.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

This position is located in a warehouse environment. Employees are required to wear company-provided PPE, including hard hats and safety vests, at all times.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Surprise, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
