We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations. This Part-time role and has the potential to lead to future advancements within the college.

Rate Range

$20-22/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing phone communications; efficiently schedule appointments for Career Advisors and staff using calendar management tools
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to students using Microsoft Teams
  • Independently manage various administrative duties to support campus operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all students
  • Assist in maintaining organized records, documentation, and internal communications
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary certificate or diploma in Office Administration or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or help desk support role is essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
