Location & Schedule
Location:
Surrey
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm, full-time hours. 3-month contract with chance of extension.
Responsibilities Answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls
Managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments
Greeting incoming clients
Receiving/sending mail
Booking travel for executives
Data entry and filing
Keeping the front desk and lobby neat and tidy
Requirements 1+ years of direct working experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator
Advanced user of MS Office and Outlook specifically
Excellent customer service skills
Available for the full duration of the contract
Able to commute daily onsite for a 7:30am start
