As a Clerk 3, you will provide essential administrative support across various sections, adapting to operational needs.
Your role involves collaborating with unit managers, performing independent judgment tasks, and assisting with short-term coverage and special projects within different departments, including the Office of the Chief Constable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and summarize data reports accurately
• Collect and manage records systematically
• Create schedules, notices, and administrative documentation
• Address public and staff inquiries efficiently
• Assist with data maintenance and reconciliation
Requirements:
• Completed secondary education, Grade 12
• At least one year of office experience
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute
• Required police security clearance
• Attend skill testing for office software
