- Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) Clerk – Review, maintain, and update data in the Human Resources Management System, identify and address gaps, inconsistencies, and missing information, provide advice and interpretation to RCMP clients in British Columbia regarding transfers and other transactions.
- Public Service Staffing Clerk – Review and process staffing actions such as acting appointments and casual contracts, provide client support via email, phone, or in person.
- Health Services Administration Support – Work directly with doctors and nurses to provide assistance to RCMP Regular Members; provide information to support health needs of clients.
- Finance Administrative Clerk – Provide general administrative support, arrange training, travel, meetings, fleet vehicles, and building access; procure and issue office supplies, generate JV’s and billing, and create reports in SAP.
- Recruiting Clerk – Provide administrative support within the Recruiting unit, assist in administering exams, attend recruiting events (college and community career fairs), and respond to client inquiries over the phone, email, and in person.
- PRU Support Clerk – Provide administrative support within the Professional Responsibility unit, assist the Harassment team with filing, data entry into the ACMT database and MS Excel, proof read documents, schedule and arrange meetings, and provide external and internal client support via email, phone, or in person.
- Telework – Eligible to telework up to one day per week, upon manager approval.

Conditionsof Employment
- Various levels of RCMP security clearance:
Enhanced Reliability Status, Secret, and Top Secret.
- Travel on‑site or off‑site as required.
- Driver’s license or personal mobility acceptable.
- Overtime may be required.
- Education: Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience: Recent (within last 36 months) and significant (regular basis, 6+ months) experience providing administrative or clerical support, managing agendas, scheduling, preparing meeting materials, procuring supplies, maintaining filing systems, coordinating travel, and resolving or escalating issues. Recent experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge: Office practices and procedures.
- Abilities: Plan, organize, and prioritize workload; solve problems; communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal relationships, initiative, thoroughness, judgment, dependability, and integrity.
- Experience providing administrative or clerical support within a Human Resources Department.
- Recent experience with People Soft (HRMIS) or similar HR systems.
- Significant experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience providing budget or financial support (accounts payable/receivable, financial accounting).
- Recent information management experience: indexing, cross‑referencing, filing, retrieving, archiving, or destroying data.
