Join Lookout Housing and Health Society in Surrey as a Data Clerk-Callout worker on weekends. Your responsibilities will focus on managing staff communications and record keeping during shifts.
This part-time temporary Data Clerk role is essential for supporting staffing operations at the Gateway Shelter. You will assist with callouts, maintain records, and ensure effective communication with staff. The ideal candidate will excel in a variety of tasks while upholding Lookout’s mission of assisting disadvantaged adults seeking support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate and call in relief staff for shifts
• Update employee availability in the database
• Track attendance and manage call records
• Handle correspondence with staff via phone and email
• Compile necessary information related to operations
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma and Office Administration Certificate
• Recent related experience (minimum one year)
• Valid First Aid Certificate (OFA
1)
• Clear Criminal Record Check
• Two years of sobriety if applicable
