Fourteen Electrical Ltd, based in Surrey, BC V3W 1N9. The company is actively seeking applicants for the Office Administrator position. The applicant should be a self‑motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The selected applicant must join and assume their responsibilities as soon as possible. It will be Permanent employment or a full‑time job. The assigned Day and Morning may include shift timings.

  • The candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and processes.
  • The candidate must review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate must delegate work to office support staff.
  • The candidate must establish work priorities, follow procedures, and meet deadlines.
  • The candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • The candidate must assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • The candidate must assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, as well as manuals and correspondence.
  • The candidate must perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating office administrative procedures.
Job Requirements
  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
