This full-time role at CLBC focuses on contract administration and providing administrative support to staff. You’ll be involved in monitoring contracts while maintaining detailed records for families with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor contracts for funded services
• Direct families to appropriate services effectively
• Maintain a log of contracts and generate reports
• Organize physical and electronic files accurately
• Offer typing support for documents and correspondence
Requirements:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Contract processing experience is advantageous
• Typing proficiency of at least 50 WPM
