Radius is looking for a detail-driven and highly organized Billing Administrator to join our team in Surrey, BC. In this role, you will be at the centre of our billing operations, ensuring shipments are invoiced accurately and on time, issues are resolved quickly, and our clients always feel taken care of.

Key Responsibilities   Accurate Daily Billing:
Process customer shipment invoices with precision, following standardized procedures and ensuring special billing clients are handled within the parameters of their individual agreements.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot rating errors that prevent orders from billing correctly. Work cross-functionally with other departments to get issues resolved fast and keep billing on track.
Reporting:
Complete all billing-related reporting requirements on time and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
Client Communication:
Respond to billing inquiries promptly and professionally, always maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Admin Support:
Pitch in on broader administrative functions and support the Administration Manager as needed.
What you bring to the team   Minimum 2 years of related administration experience
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask without losing focus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in transportation or billing is an asset
Basic accounting knowledge is an asset

Experience with Truck Mate or other Transportation Management Software is an asset
A Post-Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a related field is an asset
Truck Mate experience is a strong asset
