In this role, you will facilitate the administration of service operations by managing job orders, preparing reports, and addressing customer inquiries. Your experience in data entry and familiarity with ERP systems will be key in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Contribute to the team's success by being detail-oriented and well-organized while engaging in improving service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and manage job orders for the Field Service team
• Prepare and release quotations promptly
• Generate weekly reports and customer invoices
• Schedule Field Service Technicians as needed
• Assist with warranty job order processes
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of administrative experience
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Knowledge of ERP systems like Maximo or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to excel under pressure
