Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and register patients upon arrival

• Handle appointment scheduling and diagnostic tests management

• Prepare reports and transcribe documents as needed

• Maintain filing systems and office supplies efficiently

• Process mail and manage financial documentation

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 and Medical Office Assistant diploma

• Minimum one year related clerical experience

• Strong typing skills of at least 40 words per minute

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Familiarity with office practices and iPHIS software
