In this role, you'll need a Grade 12 education and an Office Administration Certificate, along with two years of related experience. You will prepare and maintain schedules for Home Health staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with client needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for Home Health/Home Support staff
• Relay important information about service schedules to clients
• Manage client inquiries and feedback regarding services
• Collaborate with management on staffing requirements
• Keep detailed records and documentation of schedules
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and Office Administration Certificate
• Two years of applicable experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Knowledge of office procedures and medical terminology
