In this crucial position, you will assist seven MNBC Board Members with various administrative tasks, including writing correspondence and managing meeting logistics. Demonstrating problem-solving and communication skills, you will also ensure the accuracy of corporate records and aid in planning essential assemblies like the AGM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver administrative support and respond to Board Member requests
• Schedule meetings, including sending agendas and reminders
• Prepare detailed meeting minutes within specified timelines
• Maintain comprehensive records for corporate documents
• Coordinate travel arrangements for Board Members
Requirements:
• Diploma in office administration or similar discipline
• Five years of senior-level administrative experience
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and document-sharing platforms
• Understanding of Métis history and contributions in B.C.
Utilize your administrative expertise to enhance the governance of the MNBC.
