SPS invites skilled clerks to join the Auxiliary Clerical Pool for varied administrative tasks. Contribute through effective data gathering, report writing, and records management.
This Clerk 3 position offers variable assignments in crucial support roles for departments such as Support Services and Investigative Services. Under manager supervision, you will engage in clerical activities requiring judgment within guidelines, adjusting to the needs of various organizational units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input and manage data efficiently
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries
• Organize and file departmental records
• Respond to inquiries from staff and the public
• Maintain and reconcile administrative data
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with office training
• One year related office experience
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
• Must achieve police security clearance
• Participate in typing and software skill testing
