At Sandvik, we are seeking a dedicated Field Service Administrator with at least one year of experience in administrative functions. This position encompasses preparing and managing job orders, coordinating technician schedules, and preparing shipping documents.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing expedited requests and maintaining effective communication with the Account Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and manage job orders for the Field Service team
• Prepare weekly reports, shipping documents, and invoicing
• Coordinate Field Service Technician schedules effectively
• Handle warranty job orders using software tools
• Provide clerical support including data entry and accounts management
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in an administrative role
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Maximo or SAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
