This position reports to the EHS Director and requires a minimum of two years in construction administration. You will ensure project safety documentation is properly organized and facilitate statistical data reporting for multiple timelines. Your responsibilities will also include aiding in the onboarding of new team members in safety compliance and maintaining a corrective action database.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize health and safety documentation for projects
• Monitor and compile statistical reporting for assessments
• Assist in onboarding new staff for compliance
• Provide regular feedback on safety inspections
• Champion inclusion and diverse perspectives
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in a construction-related admin role
• Familiarity with reporting software and tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
