Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
• Schedule logistics and create POs for supplies procurement
• Update logistics tracker and compile reports
• Create shipping labels and commercial invoices
• Report and inspect safety equipment and conditions
Requirements:
• Relevant college diploma or certificate preferred
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Capable of working professionally with all management levels
