Ott Transportation Services Inc. located at 8952 Holt Road, Surrey BC, V3V 4H2, Canada is seeking to hire 1 full‑time office administrator to join our team. The role is permanent, with an hourly rate of $37.50 for 40 hours per week. Candidates should have a secondary (high school graduation) certificate, be able to communicate in English, and have 7 months to less than 1 year of administrative experience.

They will work mornings, day, and overtime.

Task Responsibilities
  • Implement, review, and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed while meeting deadlines.
  • Carry out general administrative activities and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintaining inventory, and controlling budgets and expenditures.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, oversee office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations when required.
