This vital role supports Project Managers in all facets of project management, from preparation to execution. You will engage in site visits, manage supplier relationships, and monitor project budgets using various planning tools. Your proactive approach will enhance project efficiencies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project administration and management processes
• Develop and track job costing and expenses
• Perform site verification and communicate efficiently
• Ensure effective management of materials and deliveries
• Monitor milestones and report on critical tasks weekly
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in a project coordination or administration role
• Proficient in Lab Build, Smartsheet, and other software
• Familiarity with safety regulations for construction sites
• Detail-focused with strong communication skills
• Eager to learn and collaborate in a dynamic environment
