Join Tenor in Surrey as a part-time Administrative Assistant and apply your organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is part-time from 12pm-4pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
As an integral team member, you will use your administrative writing and communication expertise to interact with clients and manage office tasks. This position also involves working with Jane App and maintaining clinic records accurately. Ideal candidates thrive in a dynamic environment while adapting to various tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients with exceptional service and support
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of clinical files
• Process and audit invoices and other documents
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone
• Perform additional administrative duties as requested
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Management or Office Administration
• Experience in physiotherapy or healthcare settings is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Familiarity with HR policies or employment law is a plus
