In this pivotal role, you'll assist seven MNBC Board Members by handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas. You will be responsible for drafting meeting minutes quickly, maintaining accurate records, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer administrative help to MNBC Board Members
• Schedule and prepare for board meetings
• Draft minutes and ensure timely distribution
• Keep detailed corporate records and reports
• Facilitate travel arrangements and expense submissions
Requirements:
• Diploma in office administration or similar qualification
• Five years of experience in a senior admin position
• Competent in using MS Office 365 and related technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks
