Join Quantum Lifecycle Partners as a Plant and Logistics Coordinator in Surrey, BC on a one-year contract.
Your role will merge logistics efficiency with administrative support in a sustainability-focused environment.
In this role, you will manage logistics operations, resolve transportation issues, and handle purchasing requisitions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will aid in maintaining payroll and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration with various stakeholders is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule drivers' routes effectively for logistics management
• Facilitate internal purchases through requisition processes
• Respond to logistics inquiries for the Surrey location
• Monitor ship outs in QTMS and generate reports
• Maintain proper documentation of safety incidents
Requirements:
• College diploma in accounting preferred
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required
• Familiarity with general accounting software beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel necessary
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
