As a Receptionist and Corporate Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This position highlights your strong communication abilities and attention to detail. Key tasks include sorting mail, entering customer orders, and supporting the Finance and Operations departments with documentation, ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors in person and via phone professionally
• Manage employee directories and provide clear directions
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively
• Support documentation procedures for returns and credits
• Assist in month-end processes and data entry tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, Post Secondary preferred
• Minimum two years of office experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
