Position: In-Person Administrative Assistant at Strava College
Strava College is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant dedicated to supporting student services. This in-person role focuses on administrative tasks and assistance with financial aid.

As an Administrative & Financial Aid Support professional, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations while helping students through the financial aid process. Your work will involve providing front desk support, managing inquiries, and helping students complete their necessary forms, ensuring compliance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver front desk and administrative assistance to students and staff

• Manage admissions, enrollment, and student records efficiently

• Assist with financial aid processing and documentation

• Help students with financial aid forms and inquiry responses

• Maintain accurate and confidential student records

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field preferred

• 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or customer service roles

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle confidential information with care
