Become part of the Fortis
BC team as an Operations Support Representative dedicated to delivering administrative support in our Gas branch. This full-time temporary position requires proficiency in communication and organization.
As a key player in our Operations and Engineering divisions, you will prepare job packages, maintain filing systems, and handle various inquiries efficiently. Your multitasking ability and strong interpersonal skills will be essential in managing work under pressure and responding to urgent requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately prepare and close job packages for operations
• Process field work orders in relevant systems
• Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
• Respond promptly to inquiries from diverse stakeholders
• Provide clerical support as needed for administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Completion of High School education
• Six months of directly related experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office software
