As an integral member of the team, you’ll report to the EHS Director. Your focus will be on organizing safety documentation, managing the statistical reporting processes, and supporting project kick-offs with essential templates. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and driving an inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support to the Health and Safety team
• Manage safety documentation uploads in Share Points
• Compile and organize safety statistical data and reports
• Update reporting processes for effectiveness
• Assist with project initiation documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction administrative roles
• Relevant safety education considered beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience with reporting systems like Accident/Incident Management preferred
