Sandvik is looking for a motivated Field Service Administrator with a minimum of one year administrative experience. In this role, you will open and maintain job orders, respond to customer requests, prepare reports, and coordinate technician schedules. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to achieve successful outcomes and address any concerns raised by customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and maintain job orders for timely service
• Prepare customer invoicing and shipping documentation
• Coordinate schedules for Field Service Technicians
• Manage warranty job orders using relevant software
• Complete general clerical tasks including data entry
Requirements:
• At least one year in an administrative position
• Familiarity with ERP and Asset Management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive under pressure
