Become a vital part of Russel Metals as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in Surrey, BC. Contribute to various administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience in a leading metals distribution company.
This six-month contract role reports to the Administration Manager and offers an opportunity to support operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include entering inventory adjustments, handling invoicing, and managing material processing forms. Demonstrate your organizational and problem-solving skills while supporting the team in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter inventory adjustments as required
• Record and retrieve mill test reports
• Manage system receiving of materials
• Review and finalize material processing forms
• Complete administration tasks assigned by the Administration Manager
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Team-oriented with customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication
