Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to property management
• Oversee accounts receivable reporting and tenant statements
• Prepare purchase orders and process invoices
• Communicate with tenants regarding their needs and inquiries
• Assist in tracking tenant insurance and sales reports
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in an administrative role, particularly in property management
• Familiarity with accounting principles
• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset
• Strong skills in MS Office and communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
