A Real Estate Developer is seeking a driven Receptionist/Hostess/Host to support a Presentation Centre.
Responsibilities- Greeting & engaging walk-in visitors in a professional manner
- Calling, texting and emailing registrants & inquiries
- Booking and managing appointment schedules for the sales team
- Cold calling and follow-ups on new and existing leads
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets/lead lists
- Ensuring signage, brochures and the sales centre are presentable at all times
- Basic administrative support as needed
- Basic Paperwork
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, friendly and professional in face-to-face and phone interactions
- Organized and detail oriented with valuable time management
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Reliable, punctual
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Google Drive (sheets, docs) and adobe
- Administrative or office support background
- Sales or customer service experience
- CRM or lead management
- Comfortable handling light social media or digital inquiries
- Full-time
