We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience for our Surrey location. You will handle supervising office staff, coordinating information flow, and managing office supplies. This is a permanent on-site role with no remote work options and a full-time schedule of 32 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange and co-ordinate seminars and conferences
• Supervise 3-4 office staff and volunteers
• Open, distribute mail, and type documents
• Maintain and manage digital office inventory
• Schedule appointments and greet visitors
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience needed
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Power Point
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Surrey
