Position: Administration Assistant (6‑month contract, full‑time, permanent)
This role reports directly to the Administration Manager in our Surrey, BC branch.
Roles and Responsibilities- Enter inventory adjustments as required
- Record and retrieve mill test reports
- Manage system receiving of material as required
- Review and finalize material processing forms
- Handle invoicing
- Process MRA’s to credit customers
- Continuously upgrade skills within administration to meet department goals and measurables
- Provide backup and support to co‑workers when required
- Complete administration related projects and tasks assigned by the Administration Manager and Regional Controller
- Grade 12 diploma
- Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and flexibility in a fast‑changing work environment
- A team‑first mindset and strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Post‑secondary vocational course in business or office administration is an asset
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
