This position requires a confident and friendly professional to greet walk-in visitors and handle inquiries. You will book appointments, maintain lead lists, and ensure a welcoming environment in the sales centre. The role includes cold calling, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage walk-in visitors professionally
• Manage appointment schedules for the sales team
• Cold call and follow-up on leads
• Maintain spreadsheets and lead lists accurately
• Ensure professionalism of signage and sales centre
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with time management
• Experience in administrative or office support
• Proficient in Google Drive and Adobe
• Punctual and reliable with the ability to work independently
