Step into an administrative role at Fraser Health as a Medical Office Assistant and Receptionist, where your organizational skills will facilitate exceptional client interactions. You'll play a key part in ensuring a positive experience for all clients at the Urgent Primary Care Centre.

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Operations, this position involves direct client interaction, appointment management, and clerical support for health service operations. You will assist in navigating healthcare services while collaborating with a well-respected team dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and register new clients promptly

• Schedule appointments and manage referrals effectively

• Prepare important correspondence and maintain records

• Process financial information related to billing and payroll

• Coordinate meetings and manage office supply levels

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion and Medical Office Assistant diploma

• At least one year of related office experience

• Type a minimum of 40 words per minute

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with standard office procedures and iPHIS
