In this vital position, you will provide exceptional administrative assistance, including front desk operations, client coordination, and maintaining comprehensive filing systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a switchboard, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Facilitate client intake procedures, including documentation completion
• Type and prepare various reports and informational materials
• Maintain administrative filing systems, ensuring confidentiality
• Arrange meetings, including logistics and record-keeping
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Office Administration Certificate required
• At least one year of clerical experience in healthcare or similar field
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively
