In this permanent position reporting to the Program Manager, you will be critical in managing tenant records, processing income declarations, and ensuring effective communication with tenants and the Ministry. You will also resolve chargebacks, maintain vacancy lists, and enhance operational procedures to improve tenant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Declarations of Income and Assets meticulously
• Liaise with the Ministry on tenant payments
• Review chargebacks for tenants and move-outs
• Maintain accurate tenant files and databases
• Provide exceptional customer service to diverse callers
Requirements:
• Two years of clerical experience in office administration
• Minimum three years as a Property Portfolio Assistant
• Familiarity with BC Housing subsidies
• Proficiency in Word and Excel programs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
