Packd is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to streamline administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include processing sales orders, coordinating customer communication, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily functions for sales and operations
• Process sales orders and maintain records
• Coordinate customer communication and follow-ups
• Update internal systems and documentation
• Assist with market research and internal reporting
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Quick Books
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
