Join our Office of the Registrar as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. Provide essential support and serve as the first point of contact for future students in a vibrant educational setting.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Future Students’ Office team, delivering information on admission requirements and handling various inquiries. Your proactive approach will assist in generating student applications while managing daily operational tasks. You will also support the overall team to maintain a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone inquiries and greet walk-in visitors
• Aid in the administration of daily office tasks
• Support staff in generating prospective student applications
• Provide accurate information regarding programs and services
• Ensure high levels of customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
• At least one year of post-secondary education
• Minimum two years' experience in administrative roles
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Advanced competency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
