Key Responsibilities:
• Verify service request details and confirm credit approvals
• Maintain accurate records in service management systems
• Assist Repair Planners during job execution
• Schedule and document job meetings and action items
• Update stakeholders on job status and inquiries
Requirements:
• 2+ years of related experience in service industries
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Secondary education in business or a related field is an asset
