This temporary full-time position requires you to work from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, bridging the gap between day and night operations. Your main duties will include logging complaints, assessing priorities, and supporting Community Patrol Officers. Strong organizational skills are essential to maintain continuity and facilitate clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log and assess incoming complaint files accurately
• Prioritize issues based on urgency guidelines
• Action incoming emails and track service requests
• Prepare shift summaries for effective handover
• Conduct screenings for parking appeals
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education complemented by office administration courses
• At least two years in an office setting
• Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum
• Experience in municipal environments preferred
• Must pass a Police Information Check
