In this vital role, you'll report to the Program Manager while overseeing key financial tasks, tracking program outcomes, and providing backup for both Administrative and Client Services roles. Your experience in administration or bookkeeping will be invaluable in supporting job sustainment documentation, managing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial task coordination for program success
• Conduct follow-ups for job sustainment documentation
• Process payments and maintain financial supplies inventory
• Assist with client interactions and scheduling
• Complete program reports for COA and ministry inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma with administrative certificate preferred
• Minimum one year of administrative or bookkeeping experience
• Advanced MS Office skills required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to undergo Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
