The City of Surrey is inviting applications for this Records Clerk 2 position. Ideal candidates will possess experience in a computerized office setup and have a knack for detail. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, creating correspondence, and ensuring efficient data management within the RCMP Records Division during rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately file and scan vital records
• Generate correspondence for internal inquiries
• Deliver essential information about RCMP systems
• Modify and update data in compliance with regulations
• Participate in rotating schedules, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with one year of relevant experience
• 45 WPM typing proficiency required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• RCMP Reliability Security Clearance is beneficial
• Strong ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently
