You will resolve client inquiries, develop proposals, and manage key documentation, ensuring accuracy and prompt follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve client questions and escalate complex cases

• Prepare proposals and necessary documentation accurately

• Conduct risk assessment for financing clients

• Identify funding opportunities and value-adding solutions

• Support marketing events and prepare communications
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of financial statements is a plus

• Strong client service orientation and initiative

• Proficiency in MS Office and bilingualism is an asset
