You will be at the heart of proposal activities with 5-7 years of experience, managing the logistics and compliance of complex bids. This role demands an understanding of Canadian public sector procurement and a proficiency in technical writing. Your contributions will enhance creative bid solutions while ensuring timely and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and review complex bids for compliance
• Act as a liaison for proposal-related queries
• Develop pricing strategies for appealing bids
• Collaborate with teams to ensure competitive proposals
• Oversee logistics for proposal submissions
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, French preferred
• 5–7+ years in technical writing or proposal management
• Degree in Communications, English, or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian procurement
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and Google applications
