In this highly impactful role, you’ll go beyond reporting—you’ll influence strategic decisions, improve clinical outcomes, and drive operational excellence. By combining your expertise in data analysis, health economics, and business intelligence, you’ll partner with clinical and leadership teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance care delivery across the region.

  • Lead advanced analysis of clinical, financial, HR, and operational data to inform evidence-based decision‑making.
  • Develop business cases, briefing notes, and strategic reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Drive the development of performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and evaluation tools.
  • Champion data quality, integrity, and consistency, ensuring reliable insights across programs.
  • Provide expert guidance on data systems, reporting tools, and analytics best practices.
  • Play a key role in program planning, service delivery, and system implementation initiatives.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for healthcare improvement, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly. You enjoy working collaboratively and are driven to make a difference through data.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities related to data collection and the production of key performance metrics reports and evaluation measures related to the assigned program/initiatives and other assigned projects.
  • Verify the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data and information by consulting with project and work team leads to confirm and validate the data and contents of reports and documents.
  • Provide detailed multi-source data analysis, interpretation, and advice by compiling and reviewing financial, human resource, clinical and operational data.
  • Document reports on data quality and provide recommendations to resolve data quality and collection issues; provide technical advice to staff regarding data, statistical analysis, and related data support to improve and maintain consistent data quality and collection.
  • Collaborate with staff and internal contacts to identify reporting needs, analyze current processes, and identify opportunities to reduce redundancies and ensure accurate and consistent reporting processes to support key business objectives and project initiatives.
  • Provide work direction and expert advice on methods to address business needs through improved use of automated tools; facilitate discussion on future requirements in consultation with users and prepare business cases to document and assist in refining existing work processes.
  • Prepare strategic documents for program service planning and delivery, including briefing papers, confidential business cases, and operational/clinical reviews for area/department leadership.
  • Provide expertise during different phases of information system implementation to ensure reporting requirements meet established guidelines and standards; respond to data requests as required.
  • Develop annual performance plans including goals and objectives for assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with the Director/Manager or appropriate designate.
  • Participate on internal/external committee meetings as requested.
