In this permanent, full-time position, you will coordinate customs documentation and compliance while collaborating with suppliers, logistics, and customs officials. Your attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and resolving issues swiftly, optimizing shipment processing across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review all customs documentation
• Coordinate with customs officials and brokers for clearances
• Monitor changes in customs regulations and compliance
• Manage duties and taxes payment processes
• Assist with periodic internal customs audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or customs brokerage
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with business ERP systems
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Professional designation such as CCS or CTCS is a plus
