Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze key metrics to improve marketplace operations
• Serve as an escalation point for partner issues
• Design and implement process improvements
• Utilize tools like Excel and SQL for data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project launches
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a related area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or similar
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation
• Excellent communication skills with partners
